Delete your account, on the web.
Google Play requires a deletion route outside the app. Use this page whether or not you still have BundleWala installed. Requests are verified and actioned within 30 days.
In-app deletion is available in the current build.
Open BundleWala → Profile & settings → Delete account. The form below remains for people who no longer have the app. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

We verify the request so nobody can delete an account they do not control. You will get a confirmation when it is done.

Send the request
Use the form or email contact@techshiner.com with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We verify it is you
We may reply to the account email to confirm control. A deletion request is not the same as a support question.

Account and synced data are deleted
Profile, email link, UID record, synced favourites and synced trackers. Local data is removed when you sign out and clear app data or uninstall.

Confirmation
We confirm by email once complete. Requests are actioned within 30 days, usually sooner.
What is deleted
- Account profile, display name and email link
- Firebase UID record on our API
- Synced favourites
- Synced package trackers
- Push notification token association
- Local app data, when you clear app data or uninstall
What may be retained
- Support and feedback messages, up to 24 months, for support history and legal records
- Security, abuse and server logs, for the period described in the privacy policy
- Records we are legally required to keep
Retained records are not used to recreate your account or contact you for marketing.
Using the app as a guest?
There is no server account to delete. Your favourites, trackers, history and settings live on the device. Clear BundleWala's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the app to remove them.
Offline copies
Local copies can remain on an old phone until you sign out and clear its data. Uninstalling from one device does not clear another device.
Send a verified request.
Use the email address on your BundleWala account so we can match the request. If you signed in with Google, use that Google address.
Read the privacy policy for the full retention and third-party details. We reply within two business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days.
