Terms of use

These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and TechShiner for the use of BundleWala. Please read them before using the app. If you do not agree, do not use BundleWala.

1. Agreement

By installing, accessing or using BundleWala or this website, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use the app through Google Play, Google's terms and policies also apply to the store transaction and your Google account.

2. What BundleWala is

BundleWala is a free catalogue of publicly listed mobile packages from Jazz, Zong, Ufone, Telenor and PTCL. It includes search, filtering, comparison, favourites, package trackers, a guided finder, an on-device assistant and a telecom reading feed.

BundleWala is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any mobile network operator. Package names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners.

The app does not sell packages, take payments, activate services on your behalf or act as your mobile operator. Activation happens through your device, your operator's USSD menu, SMS or app.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BundleWala. If the law where you live requires a higher age to consent to digital services, that higher age applies. If you use BundleWala on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.

4. Accounts

Most of BundleWala works without an account. An account is required for AI chat and is used to sync favourites and trackers across devices. You may sign in with Google or email through Firebase Authentication.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep access to your email secure.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
  • Do not share your account or use another person's account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You can request deletion at any time from the data deletion page. Deleting the app does not delete your account.

We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms or creates a security or legal risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

5. Licence to use the app

Subject to these terms, TechShiner grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use BundleWala on an Android device you control, for your own non-commercial use. The app is licensed, not sold.

This licence does not allow you to redistribute the app, publish it on another store, sell it, or make it available as part of a commercial bundle without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape, mirror or bulk-export the catalogue for a competing service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it;
  • interfere with the app, API, rate limits or security features;
  • use automated tools to send forms, create accounts or overload the service;
  • upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • use BundleWala to break any law or the terms of a mobile operator; or
  • misrepresent BundleWala as an official operator service.

We may investigate and take reasonable technical or legal steps in response to abuse, including limiting access.

7. Prices, offers and catalogue accuracy

BundleWala compiles publicly available operator offers and refreshes them from the live catalogue. We work to keep prices, data allowances, validity, restrictions and eligibility accurate, but we do not control the operators and cannot guarantee that every listing is current.

  • Prices, taxes, validity, data caps, time windows and eligibility can change without notice.
  • A package shown in BundleWala may be withdrawn, replaced or unavailable in your region or for your SIM type.
  • Offers may have conditions — for example, a data window of 1 AM to 9 AM, an app-only activation or a first-time subscriber restriction.
  • Always confirm the current price, terms and activation route with your operator before spending money.

The catalogue is informational. It is not a quotation, a contract with an operator, or a promise that a package will be available. Your operator's terms govern the actual purchase and service.

8. Activation codes

Activation and deactivation codes are provided for convenience. Codes can change, expire or behave differently by region, SIM type, handset or operator system. Some packages can only be activated through an operator's own app, a retailer or an SMS shortcode. BundleWala may show instructions instead of a dialable code where that is the case.

You are responsible for checking a code before dialling it. We are not responsible for charges, failed activations or unintended subscriptions caused by an outdated code or by an operator change.

9. AI assistant and guided finder

The assistant is a deterministic, on-device retrieval and ranking system. It is not a general-purpose chatbot, a financial adviser or a substitute for your operator's official terms. It can misread a question or return an outdated result, and the app displays a reminder to double-check prices before buying.

  • Chat requires a free account; the guided finder is available to guests.
  • Conversation history is kept on your device and clears after three days unless you clear it sooner.
  • No chat question is sent to a paid language-model provider. Voice input uses your device's speech-recognition service; see the privacy policy.

10. Third-party content and links

BundleWala includes a blog feed and may link to operator pages or other third-party sites. Those services are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Following a link does not mean we endorse the destination.

11. Intellectual property

The BundleWala name, app icon, interface, original text, screenshots, design and code are owned by TechShiner or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may share screenshots for commentary or review with attribution, but you may not use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement or an official relationship.

Operator names, logos, package names and slogans remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review it.

12. Feedback and submissions

If you send feedback, a correction or a support message, you grant us permission to use it to operate, fix and improve BundleWala. Do not send confidential information or anything you do not have the right to share. We treat support correspondence in line with the privacy policy.

13. Availability and changes

BundleWala is provided free of charge. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular refresh frequency or that any feature will remain in a future version. The API hostname, app features and catalogue structure may change as the product develops.

We may release updates, change or remove features, or discontinue the app. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will provide reasonable notice on this site or in the app. Because the app is free, you are not entitled to a refund if it changes or stops.

14. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BundleWala and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement or uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechShiner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or mobile credit, arising from your use of or inability to use BundleWala — including reliance on a price, offer, validity period or activation code that has changed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability for claims relating to BundleWala is limited to PKR 5,000 or the amount you paid us to use the app (which is zero), whichever is greater. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer right you may have to bring a claim where you live.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the app, the law or our practices. The “last updated” date shows the current version. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice in the app or on this page. Continuing to use BundleWala after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
